CLIENT Kpi Productions, New York, USA Ted Poole, Producer JOB TITLE Unknown DESCRIPTION  We're going to begin production on a 2 hour documentary special for the History Channel about the evolutionary competition that occurred between Homo Sapiens and Neanderthals. We'll be doing a large amount of recreations for the program, covering how the two groups lived and clashed with each other nearly 20,000 years ago. We're looking to shoot recreations in many varied locations, including mountain ranges, lakes areas, woodlands, etc. and would be looking for line production help involving extensive make up, extensive costuming (skins, furs, etc), studio space, equipment, casting, extras, possible green screen, perhaps animal wrangling. We're in the beginning stages in our pre-production, but I think we would be hoping to film in late September/October.
